This course is intended for individuals who wish to gain a level 1 qualification as a starting point for a career in bookkeeping and account.
Entry Requirements
GCSE at grade iC in English and maths preferred.
Course Duration
10 weeks. 2.5 hours per week, Wednesday 9.30am-12pm. Exam taken in week 11.
Content
Completion of financial documents such as invoices and credit notes, recording of cash and credit transactions in books of original entry, preparing bank reconiliations, under the petty cash imprest systems and trial balances.
