The Certificate in Human Resource Practice is a foundation level qualification equivalent to NVQ Level 3. On successful completion of the Certificate in Human Resource Practice, and with the relevant professional experience, the learner can apply for the Associate level of CIPD membership.
Entry requirements
There are no specific entry requirements but personal qualities such as motivation and commitment are very important. Good ICT skills would be useful. During induction there will be a diagnnostic test to determine entry levels for literacy and numeracy. For more details about this course, please follow this link.
Duration
This is a one year part time course held one afternoon or evening a week.
